What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across China export and cross-border clients as the primary focus
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing deals
  • Build and manage a pipeline focused on high-value cross-border opportunities
  • Work with China-based clients expanding into international markets
  • Support Hong Kong domestic accounts when needed, prioritizing export revenue generation
  • Partner with Account Managers to ensure successful campaign execution and ongoing account growth

Requirements

  • Must be located in Hong Kong
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with programmatic experience preferred
  • Proven track record of closing new business and driving revenue independently
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to build pipeline from scratch
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment and operating both strategically and tactically
