What you will do
- Establish and maintain active relationships with key clients, including SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, agencies, and publishers.
- Drive positive customer outcomes focusing on retention, expansion, churn reduction, and account lifetime value.
- Ensure product adoption, client satisfaction, and overall account health.
- Serve as a consultant and professional extension to client organizations.
- Oversee the full client lifecycle: onboarding, training, support, business reviews, and subscription renewals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing customer success, technical account management, or technical sales within the Ad-Tech sector.
- Deep understanding of programmatic digital advertising, including ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, IVT, and viewability.
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese or Japanese is a requirement.
- Strong technical skills in MS Excel (pivot tables), Salesforce, and Jira.
- BA/BS degree in a technical or business field.
