What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for tax implications related to ETF share classes and mutual funds.
• Support portfolio management in tax-loss harvesting and capital gains optimization.
• Manage delivery of portfolio information including PFIC determinations and distribution requirements.
• Coordinate annual and semiannual financial reporting cycles with internal and external auditors.
• Review tax reporting, compliance tests, and tax returns including 1120-RIC and Form 8613.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation using technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Tax.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Investment Management industry.
• Strong working knowledge of US investment structures and 1940 Act products.
• Understanding of ETF tax efficiency, in-kind redemptions, and multi-class distribution calculations.
• Excellent analytical, research, and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or CPA candidate status.
• Experience with tax technology tools such as Alteryx or PowerBI.
• Prior experience specifically with ETFs.
