hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Consult with franchise ownership clients on succession planning, tax planning, and business processes.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Perform tax procedures based on the size and complexity of each engagement.
• Review complex partnership, S-corporation, pass-through, and high-net-worth personal tax returns.
• Develop and train team members while supporting client and community relationships.
• Build industry expertise through professional events and training.

• At least 6 years of experience in a tax role at a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active JD, CPA, or EA certification.
• Ability to solve issues, present solutions confidently, and advise clients strategically.
• Ability to work in-office from the Canton or Akron, Ohio offices.
