What you will do

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for agentic developer tools, including AI Agents and MCP-native infrastructure.
• Build and nurture a vibrant developer community through programs, forums, events, and ambassador networks.
• Own the developer content strategy, including documentation, tutorials, and reference architectures.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into clear developer narratives.
• Lead cross-functional product launches to drive developer uptake, activation, and sustained engagement.
• Represent the company at key developer conferences, AI summits, and community events.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in developer marketing, developer relations, or technical product marketing.
• Deep understanding of how developers discover, evaluate, and adopt new platforms and APIs.
• Technical fluency to engage credibly with developers, including reading code and understanding APIs, SDKs, and MCP integrations.
• Proven track record of building and scaling developer communities and ecosystems from the ground up.
• Strong data-driven approach to measuring developer funnel KPIs and program effectiveness.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and storytelling skills for both technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building with agentic frameworks, LLMs, or MCP-native tooling.
• Background in web hosting, SMB platforms, or developer infrastructure products.
• Experience running or sponsoring hackathons and community-driven build programs.
• MBA or advanced technical degree in Computer Science or related field.
