Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to maintain a regular presence in the SF office and at local events.

Salary: $130,000–$190,000

What you will do

• Build and nurture the developer community across social channels, Discord, and in-person events.
• Create technical demos, tutorials, and videos showcasing the Voice Agent API.
• Represent the company at meetups, hackathons, and conferences, live-demoing realtime APIs.
• Identify and partner with technical influencers and creators to amplify product reach.
• Collaborate with product marketing on launches, community activations, and developer storytelling.
• Surface community insights and feedback to inform product roadmap and messaging.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in developer relations, evangelism, or technical community management.
• Technical foundation: ability to build working demos, debug code, and engage in credible conversations with engineers.
• SF Bay Area based: must be able to work from the SF office and travel for events.
• Demonstrated track record of growing developer communities or creator networks.
• Strong content creation skills (tutorials, videos, social threads).
• Enthusiasm for public speaking and live demoing in front of developer audiences.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships in the SF AI builder or voice AI ecosystem.
• Experience running hackathons or large-scale community programs.
• Active personal presence in the developer community (GitHub, YouTube, X, newsletter).
• Experience working closely with founders and small, fast-moving teams.
