Salary: CAD 221,934–277,418 per year, based on years of clinical experience.

hirify.global Student Health Service provides primary care and health promotion services to students at the Vancouver campus through physicians, nurses, and specialists.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for mental, physical, and social health concerns.
• Conduct online booked appointments and same-day appointments.
• Support health promotion programs for students, faculty, and staff.
• Develop web-based health information and deliver health-related presentations on campus.
• Collaborate with primary care and specialist physicians, nurses, medical office assistants, counselling services, and other university departments.
• Participate in the clinic call schedule, including coverage when the clinic is closed.

Requirements

• Medical degree and eligibility for a license to practice in British Columbia.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience.
• CMPA or equivalent malpractice insurance.
• Experience in a post-secondary education health clinic or a community health clinic with a health promotion component is desirable.
• Ability to work with electronic medical charts, billing systems, appointment schedules, and clinical documentation software.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and university support services.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine or Sports Medicine.
• Interest in mental health, sexual health, addiction medicine, or Indigenous health.
• Familiarity with Windows and medical software.
