What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and AI Champions on workforce enablement strategy.
• Design and build structured learning pathways to guide employees through AI proficiency levels.
• Conduct learning needs assessments to identify gaps and tailor enablement approaches for different business units.
• Facilitate the capture and dissemination of best practices and case studies across the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement programs, including measurement and reporting of business impact.
• Partner with communications teams to drive awareness and engagement for new learning initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in L&D, HR business partnering, or organizational effectiveness (6+ years with Master’s degree).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and a track record of experimenting with emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to influence senior business leaders without authority.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs for professional adult audiences.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in AI enablement or digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR.
• Experience with LMS or LXP platforms.
