What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and AI Champions on workforce enablement strategy.
- Design and build structured learning pathways to guide employees through AI proficiency levels.
- Conduct learning needs assessments to identify gaps and tailor enablement approaches for different business units.
- Facilitate the capture and dissemination of best practices and case studies across the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement programs, including measurement and reporting of business impact.
- Partner with communications teams to drive awareness and engagement for new learning initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in L&D, HR business partnering, or organizational effectiveness (6+ years with Master’s degree).
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and a track record of experimenting with emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to influence senior business leaders without authority.
- Experience designing and delivering learning programs for professional adult audiences.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in AI enablement or digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR.
- Experience with LMS or LXP platforms.
