Focus on coordinating global cross-functional teams, implementing secure development lifecycles, and defining product roadmaps for scalable payment technologies.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week) based in Paris, France

What you will do

  • Lead a global team of 20+ cross-functional developers, QA, and managers.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Digital Card Solution (DCS) development, ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Partner with Product Management to define and implement product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Coordinate complex projects using Agile (Scrum) and phase-gate methodologies.
  • Drive process improvements to accelerate time-to-market and reduce technical risks.
  • Mentor and coach engineering managers and individual contributors for professional growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading large software teams and 5+ years in software development.
  • Technical expertise in AWS, Java, C++, XML, Web Services, iOS, and Android.
  • Proven experience in project management and Agile (Scrum) expertise.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Paris, France for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA.
  • Experience developing cloud-based solutions for banking, payments, tokenization, and digital wallets.
  • Extensive experience leading complex software architectures and platforms.
