Location: Must be based in St. John's, NL (Hybrid: at least 3 days a week in-office).

What you will do

• Build and evolve tools for scenario and workflow creation.
• Design solutions that simplify complex workflows for customers.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features from design to production.
• Collaborate with product and quality teams to deliver new capabilities.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across services and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in production object-oriented software development (Java, Python).
• Experience designing and working with APIs and microservices.
• Experience with testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS.
• Ability to model problems as workflows, rules, or scenarios.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fraud, risk, or regulated environments.
• Experience supporting beta releases or early-stage products.
• Experience with workflow engines, rule builders, or low-code platforms.
