What you will do

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to deliver enterprise-grade contact center solutions.
• Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews and requirement gathering.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect integrations.
• Lead development teams, distribute tasks, and conduct code reviews.
• Develop and implement solution designs using best practices and programming principles.
• Deliver technical end-user training and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
• Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience building integrations across multiple systems using REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON format and related services.
• Experience with CloudFormation, Lambda integrations, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with contact center platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio).
• Knowledge of WebRTC and SIP protocols.
• AWS certifications (Developer, Solution Architect, or Cloud Practitioner).
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I).
