Sr. AWS Developer (Amazon Connect): Building enterprise-scale AWS contact center solutions with an accent on Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, secure architectures, and scalable integrations. Focus on developing solution designs, leading code reviews, implementing Lambda and CloudFormation integrations, and solving complex customer requirements with minimal direction.
Location: Remote in Canada; limited to Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario

What you will do
- Deliver enterprise-scale contact center solutions using AWS-optimized architectures.
- Work with a Solution Architect to translate customer requirements and business processes into technical solutions.
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
- Develop solution designs using secure, scalable programming practices and integrate multiple systems through REST APIs.
- Lead development task distribution and code reviews.
- Provide technical training and documentation for end users.
Requirements
- Senior-level hands-on programming experience with Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
- Experience building integrations across multiple systems and working with REST APIs and JSON.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience with CloudFormation, Lambda integrations, CI/CD, or infrastructure as code.
- Knowledge of AWS services, security, scalability, and cloud architecture.
- Must be located in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience with workforce management, CRM, contact center solutions, WebRTC, SIP, contact flows, Lex, and contact center routing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, or Salesforce certifications.
