What you will do

  • Manage strategy development and deployment for agricultural commodity ingredients and inputs.
  • Lead long-term physical commodity sourcing and financial risk strategies to meet global business expectations.
  • Develop risk mitigation and margin enhancement strategies for purchased commodities.
  • Calculate commodity exposure using cost models and stress tests for forecasted purchases.
  • Collect and report external market intelligence to provide insights on commodity performance and trends.
  • Ensure standardization of procurement processes and tools in coordination with other spend towers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Eagle, ID
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
  • 10+ years of experience in sourcing processes, agricultural commodity risk management, and contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrated success in people and team management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with market analysis platforms like Bloomberg or Eikon.
  • Proven ability to interact with executive leaders and develop alignment on priorities.

Nice to have

  • MBA or CPSM/CPM certification.
