Salary: $85,000 - 95,000 + Bonus structure

What you will do

• Develop and nurture referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and criminal justice partners.
• Track and analyze referral data to optimize strategies and identify trends.
• Collaborate with regional operations and intake teams to streamline the referral process.
• Execute territory plans and meet KPIs via in-person meetings, virtual calls, and trade shows.
• Prepare quarterly strategic plans for high-impact accounts to drive growth.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, business sales, or clinical environments.
• Proven ability to develop healthcare referral networks.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, entrepreneurial environments.
• Must be based in or able to work in the Denver, CO area.

Nice to have

• Experience with Substance Use or Opioid Use Disorders.
• Experience interfacing with the criminal justice system.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
