What you will do
- Shape commercial value propositions (sponsorship packages, exhibitor offerings, content and media products) and lead generation opportunities aligned with brand identity and market opportunities.
- Develop and refine account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tied to product launches, revenue targets, and business objectives.
- Own KPI analysis and reporting cadence for commercial metrics (MQL growth and quality, pipeline acceleration, rebooking rates, client satisfaction, and campaign performance).
- Enable sales with messaging frameworks, insights, and tools to communicate commercial value propositions and USPs effectively.
- Collaborate with campaign and communications planning to brief Centres of Excellence and ensure consistent messaging across digital and onsite touchpoints.
- Use account intelligence and analytics to inform segmentation, targeting, and long-term marketing strategy; integrate advanced tools such as AI to scale and personalize marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing with strategy development, KPI analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships, especially with sales, brand, and product teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including forecasting, segmentation, and KPI reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms and reporting tools to track and analyze performance.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
