Location: Must be based in or able to work from the London or Brighton offices (Hybrid: 3+ days/week in-office)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with portfolio goals and audience personas.
  • Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Design and implement brand-focused campaigns to drive awareness and audience growth.
  • Collaborate with content, social media, and product marketing teams to align messaging frameworks.
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign performance data to optimize marketing impact.
  • Foster audience engagement through community-building initiatives and influencer partnerships.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London or Brighton office at least 3 days per week.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing and executing multi-channel brand strategies.
  • Strong ability to define brand guidelines and maintain consistent messaging and tone.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience embedding analytics into campaign optimization.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
