What you will do
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with portfolio goals and audience personas.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Design and implement brand-focused campaigns to drive awareness and audience growth.
- Collaborate with content, social media, and product marketing teams to align messaging frameworks.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign performance data to optimize marketing impact.
- Foster audience engagement through community-building initiatives and influencer partnerships.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London or Brighton office at least 3 days per week.
- Proven experience in brand marketing and executing multi-channel brand strategies.
- Strong ability to define brand guidelines and maintain consistent messaging and tone.
- Data-driven mindset with experience embedding analytics into campaign optimization.
- Exceptional collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
