What you will do

• Own integrated campaign planning and execution from strategy and brief through delivery, reporting, and iteration.
• Develop and run ABM programmes for priority segments in close alignment with digital marketing and sales.
• Lead demand generation across email, digital, events, and content, with accountability for MQL quality and funnel contribution.
• Partner with sales to create sales enablement materials, support outreach programmes, and align marketing activity to commercial priorities.
• Manage external creative, content, and digital agencies, including briefing, quality control, and budget management.
• Track performance, compile reporting, and translate results into recommendations; contribute to go-to-market strategy and manage marketing workflows.

Requirements

• Proven B2B marketing experience, with a strong preference for financial services, fintech, or institutional/professional services.
• Experience running integrated demand generation and/or ABM programmes with measurable pipeline impact.
• Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and ability to engage senior audiences (C-suite, investment professionals).
• Experience managing agencies and overseeing creative/content production processes.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with campaign data and performance metrics.
• Strong project management skills and ability to operate independently across distributed, international teams.
