What you will do

• Provision virtual machines through VMware and Hyper-V platforms, including physical server management.
• Manage domain accounts, security groups, and Active Directory administration.
• Deploy web application updates from staging to production servers and manage IIS services and application pools.
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades via the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize server performance and reliability.
• Monitor storage (SAN/NAS) and participate in disaster recovery drills and testing.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with IT maintenance and technical support.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server 2016+, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
• Working knowledge of Dell and HP server hardware.
• Must be based in the USA; available for rotating on-call scheduling and work outside normal business hours.
• Ability to perform on-site physical work including lifting equipment and cabling.

Nice to have

• Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, or MCITP.
• Azure Fundamentals certification.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
