What you will do
- Architect and implement curriculum learning paths and sales playbooks for Direct Engagement and Channel teams.
- Own the end-to-end enablement lifecycle: messaging strategy, asset production, and global distribution.
- Translate technical product specifications and data into business-centric value narratives and persona-led messaging guides.
- Develop sales plays, objection-handling frameworks, and client-facing decks aligned to global growth initiatives.
- Facilitate global enablement sessions, bootcamps, and train-the-trainer workshops using scenario-based training.
- Drive vertical-specific growth by integrating Sales Excellence, Industry Buyer Insights, and Solutions Expertise into a solution-selling model.
Requirements
- Many years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Revenue Enablement, ideally in a channel-focused manufacturer environment.
- Proven ability to synthesize technical product data into high-impact, business-centric value narratives.
- Expertise in building sales plays, messaging guides, and persona-driven positioning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of enterprise-level selling methodologies and public sector sales methodologies (Education, Healthcare, Government).
- Direct experience working with reseller channels targeting public sector industries.
- Strong live enablement delivery experience, including presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Practical familiarity with modern LMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Learning Manager).
- Background in competitive intelligence, positioning, or Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.
- Understanding of sales incentive and motivation program design mechanics.
