What you will do
- Partner with Sales Leadership to understand the end-to-end sales motion and identify performance gaps.
- Translate complex sales methodologies into practical tools, talk tracks, and training materials.
- Design and deliver role-specific learning experiences across live, virtual, and eLearning modalities.
- Manage enablement programs end-to-end, from needs analysis and development to measurement and iteration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to ensure content relevance.
- Use CRM data and call intelligence to refine programs and demonstrate impact on deal quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of instructional design experience in curriculum or performance-based learning.
- Proven experience designing enablement for fast-paced, quota-carrying sales teams.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously with high rigor.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Diego, CA.
Nice to have
- Experience with formal sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDPICC, or value-based selling.
- Background in learning sciences or performance consulting.
- Experience enabling diverse sales roles including AEs, KAMs, and SDRs.
- Familiarity with modern sales enablement and learning technology stacks.
