Commercial Marketing Lead (Government/Public Sector): Own US Government/Public Sector segment commercial marketing as the “Voice of the Buyer”, building unified messaging and end-to-end campaign strategy to accelerate sales motion. Location: Dallas, Texas (prioritized: Dallas, TX; Boston, MA; San Bruno, CA; Washington DC)
Salary: $149,000 - $223,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Develop market & competitive intelligence and problem-first value propositions for the US Government segment, enabling end-to-end sales support.
- Lead segment marketing to drive pipeline generation, owning end-to-end campaign strategy and creating “pitch-in-a-box” collateral to move deals to closed-won.
- Shape US Government commercial marketing strategy by identifying product/value proposition gaps and translating customer feedback into commercial requirements.
- Build and maintain a US Government commercial toolkit (segment playbooks, pitch decks, ROI/TCO calculators) and tailor messaging across customer touchpoints.
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and recommend/operationalize marketing interventions (e.g., demand gen, webinars, events) to accelerate the sales cycle.
- Build scalable sources of truth and deliver commercial assets and results from conception to completion using modern AI tools and frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years of experience in Product Marketing (PMM), Commercial Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related commercial role.
- Proven experience in B2B HealthTech, US Government, or SaaS; 5-7+ years selling to/marketing to/working within the US Government vertical (HHS experience strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to enable sales/business development teams in complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
- Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
- Ability to act as a strategic advisor to the US Government Sales Lead and participate in customer pitches and executive talking points.
