What you will do

• Interview, hire, and train a high-producing team of Account Executives.
• Provide day-to-day support to ensure the team consistently attains monthly regional production minimums.
• Collaborate with Divisional Managers and Recruiters to manage the recruitment process.
• Prospect and close new merchant accounts while reinforcing the company's selling system.
• Establish clear, challenging performance goals and metrics for the team.
• Act as an enterprise leader by sharing best practices and driving company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a sales team in the payment acquisition industry.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship).
• Proven track record of building and developing successful sales teams.
