TL;DR

Area Sales Manager (Fintech): Driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing relationships within the digital banking sector with an accent on lead qualification, contract negotiation, and vendor diligence. Focus on managing the full sales cycle and aligning company resources to secure wins for financial institutions.

Location: Virtual (US - Texas). Must be able to travel to client locations within the United States

What you will do

  • Develop and qualify leads within the assigned territory to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Execute sales campaigns and navigate prospective customers' vendor diligence and contracting processes.
  • Negotiate and close contracts for new client acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with solution sales, delivery, product, and executive teams to ensure successful prosecution of campaigns.
  • Manage the seamless handover of closed contracts to the Delivery and Customer Success teams.
  • Identify and prosecute license expansion opportunities with key customer stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or a combination of education and superior performance.
  • Banking domain expertise is required.
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline of qualified prospects and manage follow-up cadences.
  • Ability to travel to client locations within the United States as required.
  • Strong communication skills for facilitating software solution demonstrations virtually or onsite.
