What you will do
- Develop and execute revenue growth plans for the Mid-Market segment in EMEA.
- Create and implement a regional sales playbook to increase deal velocity and closing rates.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with senior executives at leading financial services firms.
- Serve as the lead industry expert to communicate value propositions to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure market needs are met.
- Meet regularly with prospective clients to identify opportunities for solution and process improvements.
Requirements
- Significant executive-level experience in software firms serving the Financial Services industry.
- Proven leadership experience within large, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
- Excellent executive-level written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Capability to present value propositions to C-level and board-level executives.
- Flexibility to travel globally as needed.
