TL;DR

Senior Marketing Operations Manager (MarTech): Owning the administration, optimization, and integration of the MarTech stack with an accent on Marketo, Salesforce, and AI-powered automation. Location: Hybrid in New York, NY (Office presence required Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

Salary: $165,000–$190,000

What you will do

  • Rebuild and own the administration, optimization, and integration of the MarTech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, chatbot tools, and Asana
  • Direct external marketing automation agency partners to implement infrastructure enhancements and scale output
  • Build and lead end-to-end campaign intake, project management, and execution workflows via Asana
  • Leverage AI-powered automation, Zapier, and LLMs to expand execution capacity without increasing headcount
  • Standardize and document global and regional campaign execution frameworks to enable self-service for marketers
  • Partner with the Analytics team to build automated dashboards and ROI tracking systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Campaign Operations, Marketing Operations, or MarTech
  • Proven track record of executing a full architectural rebuild of a complex marketing automation instance
  • Expert-level Marketo proficiency (architecture, tokens, assets, and program hierarchy)
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge, including CRM sync and campaign hierarchy
  • Experience managing deliverables for an external marketing automation agency
  • Active day-to-day deployment of AI tools, LLMs, or Zapier to accelerate workflows
  • Professional fluency in English
