What you will do

• Provide high-quality technical support for product deployment, installation, and utilization.
• Build and maintain strong professional rapport with dealership clients to resolve issues and drive adoption.
• Set utilization objectives and integrate software solutions into customer workflows.
• Deliver onsite and remote training to dealership staff and maintain user documentation.
• Support sales initiatives in collaboration with area sales directors.
• Travel extensively (60-75%) within the assigned territory to meet with customers.

Requirements

• Must have Pennsylvania motor vehicle registration and titling experience.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• 2+ years of experience in the auto dealer industry.
• Proven ability to manage, deploy, and support PC and custom software applications.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to client schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
