Location: Erie, PA, United States (field-based role requiring face-to-face meetings with dealerships daily, overnight travel within assigned territory, responding outside normal hours)

What you will do
- Equip dealers to sell more new GM units, used vehicles, and drive profitability
- Manage assigned dealer relationships within a geographic territory to achieve key objectives and support initiatives
- Maintain effective communication with dealers and internal partners
- Act as liaison between dealers and Credit Center, Funding, Commercial Lending to resolve issues
- Analyze dealer-specific data using reporting tools and take action on risks like portfolio issues, fraud, and violations
- Present information to senior managers in and dealerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, or extensive relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive industry, lending, or sales preferred; 18 months as Account Manager or completion of Strategic Account Management Program preferred
- Ability to professionally represent the brand, manage relationships, support programs and incentives
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced field-based role
- Long-term mobility beneficial for career advancement
- Not eligible if participated in SAM/PAM program in last 18 months without completing 18 months in initial placement
