What you will do

• Advise local management levels and departments on HR policy and leadership-related challenges.
• Provide coaching to leaders on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
• Support workforce planning and drive the execution of cost management.
• Track HR KPIs and analyze workforce data to inform business decisions.
• Manage employee and labor relations and ensure compliance with legal matters.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, including Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and regional HR.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional HR experience.
• Proven experience with HR strategy execution and business partnering.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Expert knowledge of labor law and employee relations.
• Must not require sponsorship for employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems.
• Strong background in data analytics and HR metrics.
