What you will do
- Drive high-quality sales activity with adviser firms to deliver regional sales revenue targets.
- Open up and develop new growth opportunities with low- and non-producing adviser firms in the defined geography using consultative selling and new propositions.
- Perform ongoing business planning aligned with sales management direction.
- Document activities and processes according to channel standards in the channel CRM system (Salesforce).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company and competitor propositions and ensure all activity remains compliant with policy, legislation, and risk appetite.
- Collaborate across Sales and other key departments to improve controls, enhance client outcomes, and reduce operational risk.
Requirements
- Experience in the Financial Advice sector and in regulated sales environments.
- Level 4 Pfs (or equivalent) qualification as a minimum.
- Strong relationship development, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong knowledge of investment markets, multi-asset fund solutions, and CRP/CRP design and application within an advice process; plus knowledge of Platform, Funds, and MPS market.
- Detailed knowledge of life and pensions products, markets, and competitors, and good knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislative frameworks.
- Must live in or very close to the defined panel geography and hold a valid UK driving licence.
