What you will do

• Track, reconcile, and analyze loss payments to ensure accuracy and proper accounting treatment.
• Reconcile claims bank accounts and TPA funds held balance daily or monthly.
• Resolve discrepancies between bank statements, claims disbursements, and accounting records.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings related to claims.
• Monitor TPA transactions to ensure all entries are booked correctly.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and insurance claims accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting software.
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
