What you will do

• Manage day-to-day financial reporting and ensure accuracy for assigned healthcare clients.
• Assist with complex general ledgers, identifying missing transactions and trends.
• Prepare and finalize month-end close and monthly reporting packages including KPIs.
• Review balance sheets and account classifications for accuracy.
• Coordinate project tasks to maintain efficient client workflows and process documentation.
• Assist in managing work assignments for accounting staff to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with a focus on financial reporting.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
