What you will do

• Own the feature roadmap for Workday and adjacent HR platforms like onboarding and recognition tools.
• Manage configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Workday platform.
• Oversee system integrations to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency.
• Partner with IT and vendors to maintain a secure and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with HR process owners to prioritize features, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Monitor platform performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in configuring and managing Workday as a platform owner or process manager.
• Relevant Workday certifications demonstrating management and configuration excellence.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, HCM, and Payroll.
• Experience with onboarding, recognition, and internal mobility systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
