Senior Workday Security Analyst / Architect (ERP)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end Workday security models including RBAC, domain security, and intersection security.
• Implement least-privilege access aligned with SOX and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Lead security workstreams during Workday implementations and configure various security groups.
• Perform tenant security gap assessments and develop remediation plans.
• Conduct access reviews and Separation of Duties (SoD) analysis to maintain audit documentation.
• Act as the Workday Security SME for stakeholders and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Active Workday Pro Certification in Security (HCM or Financials).
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years specifically in a Workday Security Analyst role.
• Proven experience as an Architect or Lead in Workday security engagements.
• Hands-on expertise in security groups, domain security policies, and business process security.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
• Ability to travel 25–30% to client sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Extend or Prism Analytics security.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, HIPAA, or FedRAMP.
• Experience with GRC tools such as ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, or Saviynt.
• Background in Healthcare, Financial Services, or Public Sector industries.
