What you will do

  • Lead and plan user research activities to identify user behaviors, needs, and accessibility requirements.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end user experiences, including wireframes, workflows, and annotated prototypes.
  • Conduct usability testing and synthesize data into actionable design recommendations.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to ensure effective product delivery.
  • Define and maintain UX/UI design standards and best practices across products.
  • Analyze user characteristics and operating environments to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience designing UX/UI for web, mobile, or software applications.
  • Experience working in a clinical, regulated, or similar industry environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Agile development environments and cross-functional collaboration.
