TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Edtech): Designing and optimizing school management tools to improve the working lives of education staff with an accent on solving complex user problems through user-centered design. Focus on conducting mixed-method user research, translating complex workflows into scalable experiences, and evolving the design system.

Location: Remote, UK (No visa sponsorship provided)

Salary: up to £75,000 per year

What you will do

  • Define problems and validate solutions through iterative design processes in close collaboration with Product teams.
  • Plan and analyze quantitative and qualitative user research to drive data-driven design decisions.
  • Translate complex education sector workflows and requirements into simple, effective, and scalable user experiences.
  • Design and prototype wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
  • Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in user-centered design processes, from initial research to final execution.
  • Experience working in agile environments with engineering, product management, and marketing teams.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • No visa sponsorship available.
