What you will do

• Design digital experiences across web, iOS, Android, and operator platforms.
• Lead design activities including journey mapping, co-design sessions, prototyping, and user testing.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, content designers, and engineers.
• Propose and evaluate ideas to improve customer experiences for real estate agents.
• Advocate for customer needs throughout the entire design process.
• Manage design project work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Based in Mexico.
• 5–7 years of experience as a product designer or UX designer.
• Proven track record of shipping products that deliver meaningful business and customer results.
• Expertise in human-centered design principles and design strategies.
• Proficiency with design, prototyping, and AI tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interaction and visual design work.
