What you will do

• Own strategic direction, governance, and roadmap for the design system, driving adoption across product teams.
• Lead, mentor, and manage designers, setting quality standards and supporting professional growth.
• Explore AI-powered tools to accelerate design exploration, idea generation, and testing.
• Design and prototype wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI mockups, and accessible interfaces.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research to inform data-driven design decisions.
• Translate complex workflows into simple, scalable user experiences and communicate rationale to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience in user-centered design from research to execution
• Extensive experience building, scaling, and maintaining design systems including tokens, components, and team enablement
• Proven experience leading and managing designers with track record of developing capabilities
• Experience in agile environments with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing)
• Strong decision-making, adaptability, influence, and proactive learning mindset
• Curious, collaborative approach with ability to move fast
