What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with executive-level customer contacts.
  • Develop and implement strategic success plans to ensure clients achieve their objectives and KPIs.
  • Drive platform adoption and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Manage complex renewal processes and proactively address challenges to reduce churn.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on AdTech trends, identity, and measurement solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal product teams to drive product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven experience in complex renewal negotiation and reseller training.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the AdTech ecosystem, specifically identity, activation, and attribution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
