Location: Must be permanently residing in the United States, excluding California and New York.

Salary: $50,000–$80,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Execute proactive outreach aligned with client goals and business outcomes.
  • Lead onboarding engagements and conduct customer success reviews to identify adoption gaps.
  • Implement recovery plans for at-risk accounts to improve customer outcomes.
  • Design and execute scalable customer engagement initiatives, including campaigns and automations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be permanently residing in the United States (excluding CA and NY).
  • 2–3 years of experience in client success or account management.
  • Experience managing multiple customer accounts in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
  • Strong ability to lead structured business conversations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience supporting customer retention and expansion initiatives.
