What you will do

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship between client, hirify.global, and partner network.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client’s Safety and Operational teams on program-related topics.
  • Oversee hirify.global-related projects including hardware upgrades, software integrations, data management, and safety initiatives.
  • Execute external engagement plans covering training, program setup, and value recognition; deliver best-practice methodology presentations.
  • Consult on organizational change, communication strategy, risk management, and coaching techniques.
  • Prepare and present data analytics on program performance and financial metrics to executive-level clients; support renewals and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in an account management role in a fast-paced commercial products or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing long-term post-sales client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including persuasion and negotiation.
  • Strong technical savvy and ability to learn technical products quickly; work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to communicate performance metrics to executive-level clients.
