What you will do

• Support day-to-day relationships with a defined set of client accounts in partnership with Account Management.
• Educate customers to ensure optimal usage and adoption of data offerings.
• Track key deliverables and ensure alignment between client needs and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, usage, and renewals in CRM systems.
• Prepare account summaries, usage reports, and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal Product, Data, and Research teams to resolve client requests.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within financial services.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot patterns.
