Account Manager - Cybersecurity (Denver Metro): Selling hirify.global security services and technology solutions to strategic accounts in the Denver Metro Area with an accent on owning and coordinating the full sales cycle and leading multi-year strategic account management plans. Focus on building executive relationships, driving pipeline and gross margin targets, and executing disciplined sales processes (including MEDDICC and Command of the Message) to improve client satisfaction.

Location: Denver, Colorado

Salary: $140,000 – $250,000+ Annually

What you will do

  • Own and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle for assigned strategic accounts in the Denver Metro Area.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to build and execute multi-year strategic account management plans for top accounts.
  • Build and manage a large sales pipeline (ideally 4x assigned targets) and achieve/exceed gross margin targets.
  • Meet with top clients to document business, technology, and security goals; review progress quarterly with hirify.global leadership as needed.
  • Maintain accurate multi-quarter forecasts and execute sales discipline aligned with Force Management principles (including MEDDICC and Command of the Message).
  • Coordinate communications between clients, technology partners, and internal hirify.global stakeholders to support qualified pipeline and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of product or services-based sales experience in a technology company, ideally cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to build and execute territory and account prospecting/expansion plans with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience engaging cross-functional resources (sales, pre-sales technical support, and other support personnel).
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with key executives and sponsors within assigned accounts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus negotiation experience.
  • History of achieving/exceeding plan and expectations.
