What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives from problem framing to production deployment.
• Develop and deploy machine learning and reinforcement learning solutions to optimize player retention and monetization.
• Define modeling frameworks for complex systems, including causal inference and forecasting.
• Partner with game teams to establish success metrics and decision frameworks.
• Drive scalable experimentation using A/B and multi-armed bandit testing.
• Mentor team members and promote data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• PhD or MSc in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional data science experience with at least 3 products taken to production.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data technologies like Spark or Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and deploying models at scale.
• Strong background in reinforcement learning, predictive modeling, and Bayesian statistics.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in gaming or digital entertainment.
