TL;DR
Data Scientist (Python/ML): Developing data science solutions to deliver measurable business impact with an accent on machine learning models and scalable data pipelines. Focus on taking solutions from ideation to production deployment and solving complex business challenges through statistical analysis.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in London Chiswick office, 2 days remote)

What you will do
- Build and deploy ML models from initial ideation through to production and ongoing optimization.
- Design and maintain scalable data models, ETL pipelines, and data workflows.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and communicate insights to commercial stakeholders.
- Act as the organizational subject matter expert for data queries and influence data-driven decision making.
- Monitor and improve production models to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into robust data science solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM subject, ideally at Master’s level.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with machine learning concepts and their practical application.
- Experience cleaning, structuring, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple sources.
- Experience developing cloud-based machine learning solutions.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering end-to-end data science projects in a commercial environment.
- Experience with recommender systems.
- Familiarity with the e-gaming industry, such as sports betting or casino.
