What you will do

• Design and deliver advanced modelling approaches to quantify player value, incrementality, and long-term platform impact.
• Build optimization and scenario models to support long-range planning and investment decisions.
• Own ambiguous problem spaces, breaking down complex business challenges into measurable solutions.
• Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Platform teams to ensure data-driven insights are adopted and trusted.
• Evaluate and select modelling techniques balancing rigour, scalability, and business impact.
• Mentor team members and communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Proven industry experience delivering decision-grade analytical and modelling solutions.
• Strong quantitative foundation in causal inference, impact measurement, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in distributed data processing tools like PySpark.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills for influencing commercial partners.
• Master's or PhD in operations research, machine learning, statistics, economics, or a related field.

• Background in gaming, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses.
• Experience partnering with Finance or commercial functions on investment attribution.
• Expertise in modern machine learning techniques like transformers or sequence-based models.
