What you will do

• Analyze complex player datasets to understand behavioral patterns, feature engagement, and retention drivers.
• Apply statistical models, regression analysis, and A/B testing to optimize product performance at scale.
• Collaborate with User Research to connect big data trends with qualitative insights for a 360-degree player understanding.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product questions and provide data-backed recommendations to PMs and designers.
• Refine analytics workflows using modern data science workflows and AI tools to accelerate discovery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in user-focused Data Science or Advanced Product Analytics in Gaming or Mobile Apps.
• Outstanding SQL skills for querying cloud data warehouses (BigQuery and DBT are a plus).
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling, machine learning, and exploratory deep dives.
• Strong track record in experimentation lifecycle design, A/B test analysis, and hypothesis testing.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating AI/LLM tools within data workflows.
