What you will do

• Apply experimentation, advanced statistics, and the scientific method to test hypotheses and iterate on game design.
• Analyze large and complex player datasets to influence product strategy, retention, and long-term monetization.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to solve open-ended business questions using existing tools or new automations.
• Develop non-trivial solutions for core challenges such as matchmaking and game economy optimization.
• Incorporate agentic AI and LLMs into the daily workflow to raise the technical and analytical bar.
• Build high-quality data products, frameworks, and tools to support game team decision-making.

Requirements

• Practical experience in applied statistics and machine learning, including A/B testing and predictive modeling.
• Strong product analytics mindset with the ability to translate player behavior into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Comfort and interest in using AI tools and coding assistants to multiply daily output.
• English: Proficiency required for clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Location: Must be based in Brazil for a hybrid work arrangement.
