What you will do

• Apply machine learning, statistical modelling, and causal inference to large-scale behavioural data to understand users and predict outcomes.
• Build, validate, and iterate on models designed to personalise individual user experiences.
• Translate ambiguous product and business challenges into clear data science problems and evaluation criteria.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to reduce user friction and improve business outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to influence product direction.
• Communicate modelling assumptions, trade-offs, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical collaborators.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative field.
• Professional data science experience with a track record of delivering end-to-end ML projects.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience building forecasting and time-series models.
• Familiarity with causal inference methods (e.g., diff-in-diff, uplift modelling) and A/B testing.
• Must be authorized to work in the job location (Spain) without visa sponsorship.
