What you will do

• Model player behavior at scale to shape the deployment of multimillion-dollar marketing budgets.
• Improve performance measurement frameworks, focusing on causal impact estimation and user lifetime value (LTV).
• Develop and optimize tools for acquisition campaigns and creative asset performance.
• Build high-quality data products and dashboards to support Marketing operations decision-making.
• Incorporate agentic AI into daily operations by building agents that monitor and diagnose campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience applying statistical or machine learning techniques such as causal inference, experimentation design, and predictive models.
• Proven experience developing data-intensive cloud applications using Spark, SQL, Python, and Airflow.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to increase productivity; building agentic workflows is a plus.
• Must be based in or be able to work in São Paulo, Brazil.
• Proficiency in written English.
