What you will do

• Execute the end-to-end rental lifecycle for cranes, including purchase orders and rental agreements.
• Coordinate the transport and logistics of heavy assets to and from job sites.
• Manage and nurture key supplier relationships to ensure availability in a high-demand market.
• Analyze project requirements to determine the optimal buy, lease, or rent strategy.
• Resolve complex quality, reliability, and invoice issues related to equipment assets.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on crane functionality, load-out requirements, and maintenance scheduling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in crane rentals, purchasing, or operations.
• Deep understanding of crane functionality, transport logistics, and asset right-sizing.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
