What you will do

• Execute quality and reliability qualifications for New Product Introductions (NPI) to ensure standards are met.
• Analyze failure trends and product performance metrics using AI/ML-driven tools and dashboards.
• Perform detailed failure analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with Engineering teams.
• Maintain quality test plans, process documentation, and ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams to optimize product performance.
• Coordinate with external test labs and validate supplier results to ensure qualification accuracy.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
• 2–5 years of experience in product quality, reliability engineering, or hardware validation.
• Strong knowledge of environmental testing methods, failure mechanisms, statistical analysis, and DOE.
• Proficiency in data-analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Must be based in Singapore and able to support local and occasional overseas builds and audits.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/ML-based analytics or predictive modeling tools.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming in Python, R, or experience with Linux/Windows.
